I’m trading places with you for today
To find out every single little thing you say
When my back is turned, there's no lessons learned
How am I supposed to make a change?
I’m trading places with my dearest friend
To find out if my words will shift the mood they’re in
From one of carrying on, to one of carrying weight
Wish the inevitable would become instantaneous
Then in a moment’s notice
I'm not in my body anymore
I’ve become a ghost floating above my bedroom floor
I can be anyone I want
You're the one I want to haunt
I’m trading places with you for today
I can’t believe all of the inconsistency
Of who you are right now, to who I thought you were
Just when I thought you couldn't get much worse
I’m seeing through the eyes of anyone
Whoever told me that it's all about perspective but
When I’m in their head, all I see is theirs
Don’t try to relate when you can’t even compare
Then in a moment’s notice
I’m not in my body anymore
I’ve become a ghost floating above my bedroom floor
I can be anyone I want
You're the one I want to haunt
I’ll possess you
I’ll possess you too
In a moment’s notice
This is a blessing, this is a curse
I really hate it
It all makes the world seem so much worse
And I just can't take it
I know better than anyone that the truth hurts
Why can’t you embrace it?

So clean and so fast, this band is unbelievably polished. The vocals and guitars sound great, almost like they use auto-tune and about a million guitar tracks. I just don't understand how this band can sound so great! John Isaacson
Taking cues from Midwestern emo and early ’10 pop punk, this Leeds, UK outfit are full of heart— not to mention hooks. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 21, 2022
